These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of IllustrateTruth (the “service”). By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility
The service is intended for adults engaged in preaching, teaching, study, or research. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
The Library
IllustrateTruth provides search, organization, and editorial tools for illustrations, stories, quotes, and teaching material. We work continually to improve attribution and quality, but material is provided “as is,” and you are responsible for independently verifying any illustration, quotation, source, or attribution before relying on it or using it publicly.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share access to admin tools, attempt to access parts of the service you are not authorized to use, disrupt or overload the service, scrape or bulk-download the library, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users.
Content And Attribution
Library items come from public-domain, licensed, user-provided, or researched sources. Attribution and source notes are provided to help you evaluate appropriate use, but they may be incomplete or, in some cases, disputed. You are responsible for honoring applicable copyright, licensing, fair-use, and citation requirements when you use any material. The IllustrateTruth name, design, compilation, and organization of the library are our property and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Availability And Changes
The service is currently offered free of charge. We may update, change, add, remove, or temporarily disable parts of the service, and we may revise these terms, as we improve the library, fix issues, or protect the platform. When we make material changes to these terms, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability
The service and all material are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IllustrateTruth and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any material found in it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
