IllustrationTestimony★★★Darrell & Sharon Smith lived in Colorado Springs, Colorado in the mid 1970’s. They were a young couple struggling in many ways. Coming to the Bible as a last resort, they decided to call an SDA minister (Sidney English). Pastor English was eager to visit them.
He said, “There’s going to be some Bible prophecy meetings that I think you will just love!” They came to the first night and that was all it took. They never missed a night. They listened night after night as Evangelist Lin Martell unfolded to them the great prophecies of Daniel and Revelation.
The meetings were coming to a close and it was decision time. On May 13th, 1977 down there in Colorado Springs, Colorado, 101 souls were baptized. My Mother & Father, the young couple were among those who were baptized.
