Light Green versus Dark Green
Story★★★★Bishop John Reed told the story of how a school bus that carried whites and aborigines had been plagued with fighting. One day, far out in the country, the bus driver stopped and said to the white boys, “What color are you?”
They said, “White.”
He said, “No, you are green. Anyone who rides in my bus is green. Now, what color are you?”
And a white boy answered, “Green.”
After having all the white boys identify themselves as green, he went to the aborigines and said, “What color are you?”
And they said, “Black.”
He said, “No, you are green. Anyone who rides in my bus is green.”
So all the aborigines answered that they were green.
