Thoughts as Captains
Analogy★★★★I used to teach stop smoking plans and it was kind of interesting because people you know they reach in they get that cigarette they light it up they puff along they never even think about anymore It’s become this habit and it basically begins steering their life. That little tiny thing becomes the whole rudder of their entire life. They’re no longer captain of the ship.

The point
An analogy comparing habitual actions, like smoking, to a rudder steering one's life away from personal control.
