They said that while 62% of Americans hold at least one New Age belief, half of all people who go to church weekly also hold at least one New Age belief. Nineteen percent of evangelicals say they believe in reincarnation, while 33% believe in psychics! Plenty of Christians use crystals, which are said to be healing stones, harnessing—to quote one source—“the life-giving elements of the earth and the universe. ” These beliefs are neither Christian nor harmless. It’s concerning to see how people can so easily be led away from God’s plan.
