Nina's Red Chair
Testimony★★★★20 years ago or maybe 18 years ago, I had very young children. And I was actually writing a Bible curriculum. I would write in the evenings. I wouldn’t have much time in the day to do much else other than just care for my children. And I remember 1 evening feeling quite bad about this and praying as I fell into bed exhausted, just saying, Lord, please show me how to have more time to spend with you in your word. And the next morning I woke up and gave the kids their breakfast and toys and I sat in a red chair, my red recliner, and I started to read and pray. And over time, my children realized that when I sat in that chair, I was spending time with God.
