Reconciliation in the Lord

She went away and prayed very earnestly. She besought God to give her the victory, but the more she prayed, the worse she felt.
She prayed and struggled and struggled and prayed, but it seemed of no use. Finally she gave up the struggle and said, “All right!
If God does not choose to make me happy, I will follow Him in the darkness.” Then she waited before Him, not asking any- thing, but just listening to His voice, just sending her thoughts to Him with no petition except, “Lord, help.”
