Client's Apology
Story★★★★I had a client who would apologize even when they hadn’t done anything wrong. Once our session time was up and I said it was time to go, my client apologized, saying ‘Oh, I’m sorry.’ But I replied, ‘No, I’m the keeper of the time. It’s up to me. You were enjoying the conversation or you were really into it and just lost track of time.’
