Turning to Dad After Illness
Testimony★★★★Several years ago my dad got remarried after my mom passed away. During that transition, something happened that upset me greatly and I was livid with him for a long time. About a year and a half ago when I got sick, God convicted me of bitterness towards many people including my dad. He told me to reach out and make things right. So I called my dad and said ‘Hey, we’ve had a lot of water under the bridge and I have resentment towards you for some things that happened. But I love you and want to make amends.’ We made peace and now have a beautiful relationship.
