You know Jeremiah 45:5 says, ‘Should you then seek great things for yourself? Seek them not, for I will bring disaster on all people declares the Lord, but wherever you go I will let you escape with your life.’ You know what the future of planet Earth is?

God is going to destroy this world. That’s the future of planet Earth. All this is burning up, friends. The only thing that’s getting saved, the only thing that’s getting preserved, is that heart that has surrendered itself fully to God.

Friends, our fulfillment is not going to be found in this life. All this world has to offer us is sorrow and disappointment, in case you haven’t already noticed. There are joys, there are high points, but have you noticed there’s lots of sorrow?

Have you noticed there’s lots of trials? Have you noticed there’s lots of unfulfillment? Friends, that’s the plan here. It’s never going to get better.

We need to stop trying to make a heaven out of hell. We need to recognize this isn’t heaven, that’s heaven. That’s where our home is. That’s where our citizenship is.

That’s where we’re striving for. Our main goal in this life is not to build up an earthly kingdom. Our main goal is to make it to the next 1 and bring as many people with us as possible.
