Free Wi-Fi with a Twist
Story★★★★The Washington Post reported on an experiment done by F-Secure. They set up a free Wi-Fi and hot spot in a busy public area. When people tried to connect, they were presented with the terms and conditions. Buried in the fine print was a Herod clause stating that in exchange for free Wi-Fi, the user agreed to give the company permanent ownership of their firstborn child. Despite this, many users checked the box and signed away their children for 30 minutes of internet access.
